Mike Hair is the General Manager of RTC Bike Share. Mike was born at an early age in Colorado. When he was 16 years old, he fell in love with golf course maintenance management. Mike worked in Denver as a golf course superintendent after college and then as a general manager of a 27- hole facility for 10 years. He then worked as a golf resort manager at Incline Village in Lake Tahoe. After seven years, he moved to Las Vegas and opened golf course consulting company and a landscape construction business. He then owned a bike shop in Nevada until retiring in 2016. Mike enjoys getting the system on the ground and working with the awesome Vegas team.
Sherita Saulsberry is the Marketing Manager and Customer Care Specialist for RTC Bike Share. Sherita heads up grassroots campaigns, special events and promotions, media relations, community outreach and customer service. She is focused on increasing ridership and branding for RTC Bike Share. Originally from Los Angeles, she has been a Las Vegas resident since the mid 80’s and attended UNLV where she studied communications while cheerleading for the Rebels. Sherita entered the broadcasting field and successfully launched and managed five Las Vegas radio stations and held the program director position for 15 years. Sherita is new to cycling ad is excited about introducing Bike Share to the Las Vegas community. When Sherita is not working on Bike Share she is spending time with her beautiful daughter.
Matthew Chavez is the Station Tech for RTC Bike Share. Matthew works on maintenance and balancing in the field. He was a field service manager for Smarte Carte Inc. for 10 years. Matthew loves to work with locals and tourists in Las Vegas. Originally from New Mexico, Matthew now lives in Las Vegas with his wife Sheila and their 2 boys.
Jonny Cobb is the Station Specialist for RTC Bike Share. Jonny handles maintenance and balancing for all the bike kiosks. Most recently he was the general manager for Smarte Cart LAS at McCarran International Airport. He has a passion for building bikes and cycling. Jonny rides almost 40 miles daily and when not at work you can find him pedaling through his neighborhood.
Adam Helzer is the Bike Tech for RTC Bike Share. Adam is an avid mountain biker who has been involved in the cycling community since the early 90’s. He believes in sharing his passion for cycling through advocacy and helping others. When not working with Bike Share, Adam coaches and develops essential programs for Paralympic wheelchair basketball athletes.
